摘要: OBJECTIVE To identify the links between changes of functional indicators and level mental working capacity athletic non-athletic females after standardized physical loa. MATERIAL AND METHODS The study was performed in Center for Research Human Physical Abilities Lithuanian Academy Education. Ten eight participated study. During electrocardiogram RR intervals were registered artery blood pressure measured. All data recorded using specialized computer software. Recovery processes estimated as half periods recovery indicators. test 5 min. before load. RESULTS Reaction to load faster than females. (half period T shorter) seen ratio heart function regulatory system possibly order whole process could be controlled (estimated by T(JT/RR)(s)). speed, evaluated its period, rate T(HR)(s), systolic T(S)(s), metabolic features T(JT)(s), impact peripheral also higher (shorter period) during bicycle ergometry test. Standardized caused an increase capacity, accuracy efficiency For intensity not changed; worse CONCLUSIONS present demonstrates that responded like adequate stimulus organism abilities this can associated with better results capacity.
