摘要: Scleredema of Buschke is a rare fibromucinous connective tissue disorder unknown etiology. It often associated with benign monoclonal gammopathy and rarely myelomatosis. We report case scleredema-associated IgA myeloma myelofibrosis in 24-year-old male patient. generally affects young adults onset at younger age than when not scleredema. However, presentation much (24 years our case) very unusual. Although mucin deposition the bone marrow has been reported scleredema, to best knowledge, reported.
