摘要: Immunological adjuvants obtainable from already-known water-soluble containing peptidoglycane fragments, which include saccharide units formed N-acetylglucosamine and an N-acyl-muramic acid wherein the acyl group is a glycolyl or acetyl to muramyl there are attached peptide chains, by modification of said so that they bear acylating groups derived physiologically-acceptable carboxylic polyacids, especially diacids, preferably themselves free groups, for instance being phthalic succinic acid.
