摘要: An emulsifying composition intended to homogenize and reemulsify a fuel, includes by weight, with respect the total weight of composition, a) from 5% 40% N-oleyl-1,3-propylenediamine, b) 50% 95% N,N′,N′-polyoxyethylene-N-tallowpropylenediamine c) solvent. A fuel including abovementioned process for manufacture its use are also described.
