摘要: The innovation described in this paper was motivated by concern that Africa, parasite resistance to antimalarial drugs is associated with irrational drug use where health facilities are inaccessible. However, advancement digital technology, simple diagnostic devices and smart packaging inspire innovative strategies. combination of communication rapid tools, antibiotic medicines can increase access evidence-based malaria management, reduce mortality slow the development drugs. author initiated a solar-powered device (Feverkit) programmed user-interactive capabilities equipped detachable laboratory dispensary for community management fevers. operational performance 10 units evaluated among 20 nomadic Fulani communities northeastern Nigeria. A brief introduction its parts functions sufficient community-selected caregivers it competently managing 207 fever cases eight weeks, 97% (p=.000) recovery rate. Feverkit guided nomads distinguish between non-malaria-induced fevers, thus selectively treat them. Camp accepted were willing pay US$33 $334 (mean, $113; mode, $67) keep it.
