摘要: Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) is an alternative method for the of organic compounds from natural material. Due to elevated temperatures and pressures, ASE a time-saving procedure with low consumption solvents. The aim current research was determine antioxidants horseradish lovage extracted by accelerated extraction. For isolation biologically active several methods can be applied, in phenolic (roots) (roots, stems leaves) ethanol used. comparison also traditional Soxhlet (SOXE) total phenol content (TPC) flavonoid (TFC) extracts were determined according Folin-Ciocalteu spectrophotometric colorimetric method, respectively. Antioxidant activity plant measured on basis scavenging activities stable 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil (DPPH ) 2,2'-Azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS +) radicals reducing power. statistical analysis Tukey’s test Linear Correlation Differences considered significant at p<0.05. Results multivariate dispersion analyses showed that material are factors affecting TPC, TFC, DPPH , ABTS + power (p<0.05). From studied 20 materials (different parts genotypes) 13 samples higher TPC extracts, comparing SOXE extracts. Whereas antioxidant some 6.90 times than corresponding extract. highest leaves whereas Selection depends target compounds. suitable compounds, except fraction, using Soxlet more secondary could isolated.
