摘要: Experiments on the synthesis of ultrafine iron particles have been made for control particle size distribution using gas phase reduction ferrous chloride with hydrogen. The previous studies were focused variation partial pressure reactants, residence time feed, and reaction temperature. However, it is also very important to particles. In this study, was investigated from standpoint nucleation. evaporating condition at same evaporation rate chloride, temperature gradient reactants between preheating zone adopted as experimental variables.
