摘要: Plasma and serum from patients with liver disease elevated fibrin(ogen) degradation product (FDP) levels as measured by latex agglutination were analyzed immunoblotting to characterize the FDP in these patients. An antihuman fibrinogen antibody was used that recognizes fibrinogen, fibrin monomer, soluble high molecular weight polymers, well cross-linked fragments, smaller fragments X, Y, D-dimer, D, E. The analytic procedures validated plasma known have intravascular fibrinolysis associated either disseminated coagulation (DIC) or thrombolytic therapy. samples demonstrated a spectrum of plasmin on immunoblots. Twenty-eight 35 (80%) had no evidence their serum. cause thought be monomer unclottable retained sera some Seven (20%) found circulating fragments. In addition disease, however, all an illness (sepsis, shock, pancreatic carcinoma) independently fibrinolysis. Three who lacked also carcinoma sepsis. two groups could not clearly differentiated basis clinical laboratory evidence, but blotting procedure proved useful discriminator.
