摘要: Abstract : The present chemical warfare agent toxicity estimates are not suitable for use With the general population (GP) because they framed male soldiers. A method was created to convert median effective dose and Bliss slope applicable GP. It assumed that individual susceptibilities have a log-normal distribution. Two mathematical models were developed describe healthy or sensitive subpopulation (SP). In tail model, SP consists of all individuals having within GP bell has lognormal an determined as function size. two gave similar results. Historical military demographics used estimate size from which personnel drawn. Uncertainty factors obtained models. both consistent with results previous studies quantified differences between populations. Based on our analysis, revisions required in intraspecies uncertainty establishing proposed acute exposure guideline levels threshold lethality due inhalation nerve agents.
