摘要: Live kidney donation is increasing rapidly. Increases of blood pressure and proteinuria but no accelerated loss renal function in donors have been described. The credibility this research hampered by retrieval rates only 50-70% donors. We studied function, pressure, proteinuria, parathyroid hormone, 1,25(OH)2 cholecalciferol calcium phosphate excretion a live donor cohort with 93% rate. A comprehensive physical laboratory examination including 24-h urine collection was conducted. None the 152 had failure. Mean time after uninephrectomy 11 +/- 7 (range: 1-28) years. GFR declined 25%. Blood increased from 125 15/79 to 134 19/81 9 mmHg (p 150 mg/day), 10% albuminuria. Nineteen percent PTH, 30% decreased tubular reabsorption rate phosphate. Regarding risk factors for higher GFR, greater increases or consistent picture emerged. Because high incidence possible changes bone metabolism inclusion registries appears worthwhile.
