摘要: The deposition of amyloid plaques resulting from the aggregation amyloid-β (Aβ) peptides is closely related to Alzheimer's disease (AD). With development various therapeutic methods, oxidative modification Aβ has emerged as a fascinating noninvasive photo-therapeutic intervention for treating AD by altering tendency. Herein, we report photo-triggered inhibition and cytotoxicity utilizing polymer nanodots (Pdots) modified with rose bengal (RB), methylene blue (MB), riboflavin (RF). Experimental results demonstrate that these functionalized Pdots manifest superior suppression effect on under irradiation. This can be attributed formation reactive oxygen species (ROS) (i.e., singlet (1O2)), in oxygenation change Especially, RB-Pdots better biocompatibility higher 1O2 productivity. In word, this hybridized nanostructure will provide promising platform treatment future.
