摘要: Of shock incarceration on offenders identified as problem a criminal history of alcohol-related crimes and self report drinking ehavior, was examined. Problem drinkers non-pronkers serving time in program were compare similar regular prison environment. Attitude previously found to be associated with examined using repeated measures design over three month period. became less alienated more prosocial their attitudes compared the inmates. who graduated from also adjust better parole than paroled prison. Flowever, behavior group varied that non-problem drinkers, emphasizing importance need for programs such this provide adequate support after-care substance abusers.
