摘要: Abstract High-level clindamycin resistance in Bacteroides species was investigated by measuring zone sizes surrounding 2 μg and 60 erythromycin discs, using a nonstandardized disc diffusion method, determining minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC). The absence of inhibition either predictive for all isolates having high-level to both antibiotics (MIC > 256 μg/ml), characteristic macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin (MLS) cross-resistance. Although size could not be used as an absolute predictor MIC, diameter species, occurring alone or part the MLS phenotype.
