摘要: The performance of a fluidized bed reactor has been investigated using the ozone decomposition reaction for fresh and spent fluid cracking catalysts, each having three particle size distributions - wide, narrow bimodal all with same mean diameter. superficial gas velocity was varied from 0.06 to 1.8 m/s rate constant 1 9 s−1. wide distribution usually gave highest efficiency, while blend lowest. differences are not solely function “fines content”. reasons influence were examined by testing “bimodal” different fractions active. In bubbling fluidization regime Group A particles, this can be predicted Two-Phase Bubbling Bed Reactor Model modifications allow increased concentration fine particles in dilute phase.
