Constructing Efficient Experimental Designs for Generalized Linear Models

摘要: Exchange algorithms are popular for finding optimal or efficient designs linear models, but there few discussions of this type algorithm generalized models (GLMs) in literature. A new algorithm, Coordinate Algorithm (gCEA), is developed article to construct GLMs. We compare the performance proposed with other optimization algorithms, including point exchange columnwise-pairwise simulated annealing and generic demonstrate superior algorithm.
