摘要: It has been shown that there are considerable differences between the species as regards catabolism of histamine both in vitro (Blaschko, Friedman, Hawes and Nilsson, 1959) vivo (Schayer, 1956, 1959). Such have also found studies formation (Waton, 1956; Schayer, see Chapter 4, Section D). Besides, it is well known, some more sensitive to than others man a comparatively high sensitivity. For these reasons alone separate discussion metabolism seems warranted. Furthermore studied not only healthy subjects but patients with various diseases. The abundant literature on occurrence tissues, blood urine from recently reviewed by van Arsdel Beall (1960) Duner Pernow (1960).
