摘要: Abstract Structural, optical, dielectric, and pyroelectric properties of crystals ceramics BaAl2O4 have been investigated. A refinement the atomic positions has carried out from X-ray powder diffraction data. is ferroelectric with TC=396K. The thermal behavior Ps shows a broad maximum close to 220K without any phase transition. model proposed on basis existence in unit cell two partial polarizations. fit coefficients Landau free energy expansion allows calculation variations these possible crystal structure for paraelectric phase.
