摘要: The dimensional quality of product assembly is one the most concerned issues in modern design and manufacturing. During process, contact between rigid or non-rigid parts and/or fixtures inevitable. phenomenon parts, however, received little attention as compared with that parts. We present this paper study problem sheet metal assemblies. A systematic procedure non-linear variation analysis for assemblies developed by using finite element method considering friction force surfaces. proposed approach validated a case two via physical experiments. simulation results agree well obtained from This work provides systematical high-precision modeling.
