摘要: Water is currently an essential and strategic resource for society its importance will rise in the future due to increasing number of threats. However, water management not up par taking into consideration this well acknowledged importance. Generally speaking, use efficient loss figures are often too high. The reasons behind situation complex diverse, however, principle, they can be divided four categories: cultural, political, social economic.
