摘要: Abstract In this study, the first-stage sintering (600–1100°C) of (U 0.8 , Th 0.2 )O 2+x 0.05 0.95 is investigated using vertical dilatometer. With aid shrinkage curves, constant “ n ” whose value depends on mechanism, apparent activation energy and diffusion coefficients are calculated under 75% H 2 + 25% N ( P O = 10 −15 atm) C02 −6 atmospheres. The atmosphere ratio mixture have affected energy, other kinetic parameters also solid solution formation.
