摘要: There are two structures in the photoemission spectra of CaVO 3-δ and SrVO d-band region, One peak is within ∼1 eV Fermi level has a sharp cutoff. The other broad centered at ∼1.6 eV. From our both with oxygen vacancies (δ=∼0.1) without (6 = 0), it shown that relative intensity near for drastically decreases decreasing vacancy concentration (δ)
