摘要: Duct carcinoma in situ is being detected with a frequency and at size unknown prior to the use of mammography. The majority lesions now are limited extent not associated either occult invasion or axillary metastases. For such lesions, attempts adequate local excision appear appropriate. However, there number histologic types that exhibit different frequencies risks recurrence (from 0 25 per cent). author provides detailed discussion proper handling interpretation biopsy specimens.
