摘要: An analysis of the process selective hydrogenation acetylene in ethane–ethylene fraction pyrolysis gas over a palladium-containing catalyst KPNM-45M brand promoted by elements from Groups I, II, and VI Periodic Table is performed. Spherical granules α-Al2O3 with diameter 0.4 cm are used as support. The concentration palladium on support less than 0.05 wt %. activation kinetic experiments performed plug flow laboratory-scale reactor 2 length catalytic zone 35 cm. When performing experiments, space velocity feedstock varied 2000 to 4000 h−1, pressure 20 30 atm, temperature reaction medium 333 393 K, hydrogen/acetylene molar ratio 1.5 3. A stage mechanism reactions ethylene proposed model corresponding it constructed. Overall, 80 carried out. parameters estimated based results experiment least squares method. region acetylene–ethylene–ethane mixtures determined which gain output stream reagents observed during acetylene. confirmed bench-scale prototype industrial reactors.
