Li + ion conductivity and transport properties of LiYP 2 O 7 compound

摘要: A lithium yttrium diphosphate LiYP2O7 was prepared by a solid-state reaction method. Rietveld refinement of the X-ray diffraction pattern suggests formation single phase desired compound with monoclinic structure at room temperature. The infrared and Raman spectrum this interpreted on basis P2O74− vibrations. AC conductivity measured in frequency range from 100 to 106 Hz temperatures between 473 673 K using impedance spectroscopy technique. obtained results were analyzed fitting experimental data equivalent circuit model. Cole–Cole diagram determined complex for different temperatures. angular dependence is found obey Jonscher’s relation. temperature σAC could be described terms Arrhenius relation two activation energies, 0.87 eV region I 1.36 II. study variation exponent(s) reveals conduction models: upon governed correlated barrier hopping (CBH) model (T 540 K). near value energies DC confirms that transport through ion mechanism dominated motion Li+ investigated material.
