摘要: Background In vitro studies have suggested the corneal cytotoxicity of third-generation fluoroquinolone levofloxacin (LVFX) and fourth-generation moxifloxacin hydrochloride (MFLX) among antibacterial eye drops. This study investigated effects these two drops on human cornea in vivo.
