摘要: Chronic groin pain in athletes frequently results from adductor insertional tendinopathy. Adductor tenotomy has been proposed for cases recalcitrant to conservative treatment. However, acute tears of the proximal tendons have rarely described and all them underwent early repair. This report reviews relevant literature adds three more longus tears. Diagnosis made clinically was confirmed by ultrasound MRI. Following repair using suture anchors functional postoperative rehabilitation, full sports ability re-established five, six seven months, respectively.
