摘要: Abstract The research conducted is based principally on the operation of pilot using membranes and various antiscalant doses. Membrane autopsies have been carried out which are a unique tool for characterizing state it fundamental to guarantee efficiency chemical treatments. results that presented in this refer diverse studies related problems with dissolved silica (also called “reactive silica”) not alumino-silicates (clays colloidal form) also “non-reactive silica”. primary goal investigate effectiveness Ammonium Biflouride (ABF) as an anti-scaling agent improving performance RO membranes. ABF was used on-line dosing different doses mitigation scaling caused by (SiO 2 ) To study agent, Scanning Electron Microscopy & Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM–EDS) were performed all phases before after membrane surface. main parameters measured were: silica, TDS. Flux loss observed cross-flow filtration. 2, 4, 6 mg/l at constant pH = 6 optimum dose found be 4 mg/l.
