摘要: We developed a green, low-cost, bioinspired aqueous synthesis method to fabricate one-dimensional (1D) vertically aligned ZnO nanorod arrays on zinc substrates at room temperature. Scanning electron microscopy images, transmission and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum show densely well-aligned single-crystal with length of ∼400 nm fabricated by simple method. Further, we reveal growth mechanism that continuously deposits the freshly formed onto substrates, which results from reaction between Zn2+ coordinated cysteine its derivatives OH− in base solution, leads forming arrays. More importantly, preparation can grow hierarchical structures as well fabricating different types zinc-based substrates. Finally, paper reports as-prepared repeatedly photobleach Rhodamine 6G, suggest efficiency increases signi...
