摘要: A comparison of oxide films formed on the stainless steel surface during laser and furnace heating is presented. Obtained samples were examined by optical scanning electron microscopy. In order to characterize properties, reflection spectra within wavelength range 190–900 nm measured with a spectrophotometer equipped integrating sphere for incidence angles from 0° 60°. The topology obtained was characterized probe Due light interference in produced films, coloration treated area observed. It found that there no change characteristic appearance reflectance at different angles, but blue-shift occurs especially case laser-induced which results visible color. This effect associated an character originating color features relief under film.
