摘要: Composite indicators aggregate domain-specific information in one index, on the basis of which countries can be assigned a relative ranking. Recently, road safety community got convinced policy supporting role terms benchmarking, target setting and selection measures. However, combining set relevant risk index presenting whole picture turns out to very challenging. In particular, rank country largely influenced by methodological choices made during composite indicator building process. Decisions concerning indicators, normalisation values, weighting way aggregating influence final this research, it is shown that ranking differs significantly according selected method, expert choice indicators. From these three input factors, most influential. A well considered will therefore establish largest reduction uncertainty. With appropriate proposed framework reveals major sources uncertainty creation indicator.
