Joint energy and water management scheme for water supply systems in Romania

摘要: Keeping in mind the short-term and long-term aims of cost depletion sustainable development respectively, a joint water energy management scheme for supply systems that leads to reduced losses is proposed. For utilities, drinkable water's treatment pumping wastewater are main energy-consuming processes proportional part this wasted with non-revenue water. In Romania, these can reach critical levels so highlighting them becomes crucial aspect assessing system's efficiency. This paper presents combines audit balance techniques become tool both auditors managers, by allowing quantification embedded losses.
