摘要: Perivascular adipose tissue (PVAT) reduces vascular tone in isolated arteries vitro, however there are no studies of PVAT effects on vivo. In vitro adipocyte β3-adrenoceptors play a role function via secretion the vasodilator adiponectin. We have investigated vessel diameter vivo, and contributions anaesthetised rats, sections intact mesenteric bed were visualised was recorded. Arteries stimulated with electrical field stimulation (EFS), noradrenaline (NA), arginine-vasopressin (AVP), acetylcholine (Ach). report that EFS, NA, AVP evokes local anti-constrictive effect artery, whilst exerts pro-contractile subjected to Ach. The EFS NA significantly reduced using β3-adrenoceptor inhibition, activation potentiated vessels AVP. agonist had removed. A blocking peptide for adiponectin receptor 1 polyclonal antibody indicating may be factor released upon activation. These results clearly demonstrate plays paracrine regulating therefore contribute modulation blood pressure. This is mediated β3-adrenoceptors, which trigger release [Abstract copyright: © 2019 S.
