摘要: The unique anatomic position of the pericardium in juxtaposition to central cardiac structures enables it serve as ideal vantage point for delivery novel cardiovascular therapies. Development new tools permit therapy closed pericardial space holds promise near-surgical access heart, without open surgical morbidity. Early observations raise hope availability epicardial leads enhance resynchronization designed subxiphoid nonsurgical percutaneous delivery.
