摘要: Aim In this study, we aimed to evaluate the clinical characteristics and outcome of patients with hydatid cyst (HC) liver who were laparoscopically operated at our clinic define a new technique technical details present experience in field laparoscopic treatment hepatic cysts. Methods Between January 2014 October 2016, 18 disease considered for surgery Dr. Lutfi Kirdar Education Research Hospital, Department General Surgery. All evaluated based on history, physical examination, ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT) scan. examinations classified according Gharbi. cases received surgical interventions. Demographic data, presentation, location, operative postoperative complications follow-up results recorded retrospectively. Results Eighteen underwent cysts liver. here 14 female (78%) 4 male (22%) mean age 42.9 years (range, 19-57). The solitary 11 patients, multiple 7 had 2 or more (4 cysts, 3 cysts). Most USG Gharbi type III (8 cysts), Type II, I. average operating time was 75 minutes (range 50 - 135 minutes). Conversion open necessary one due difficult location. Conclusion Laparoscopic management can be performed safely successfully. This used unique, small sized, superficially located also has advantages other abdominal operations. Key words Hepatic surgery.
