摘要: LITERATURE REVIEW This paper reviews the literature on occupational stress. The review commences with a consideration of key terms used in stress literature. This is followed by discussion about historical context theories. Three models work that have played dominant role stress research past three decades are outlined. A general perspective which also can be applied to is then presented. A range sources and research pertaining these are reviewed. Specifically, physical environmental psychosocial risk factors, along with individual difference variables make an more or less likely to develop place discussed.
