摘要: Cardiovascular complications, including stroke, may be attributed the highest rate of morbidity and mortality in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The aim our study was to evaluate prevalence CKD symptomatic ischaemic cerebrovascular establish whether define a particular risk pattern cerebral vessels modifications this category patients. evaluated 590 consecutive admitted department neurology. types vascular territories, haemodynamic changes (resistance index- RI) found by neurosonology (extracranial transcranial Doppler ultrasound) were analysed relation classic non-classic factors, as well stages (defined estimated glomerular filtration rate-eGFR-MDRD4 formula-K/DOQI 2002). studied 70.84%. Atherosclerosis diffuse detected 79.7% patients, while carotid artery stenoses 10% cases, occlusions- 5.3%, + occlusions-1.2%, multiple stenoses- 3.8% cases. RI internal arteries correlated fibrinogen(P<0.0001) GFR(P<0.0001), IR middle fibrinogen(P<0.05), C-reactive protein(P<0.0001), GFR(P<0.0001). There is strong between CKD, fact demonstrated increased these severity lesions.
