摘要: Pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) is an integral part of radical urologic surgery for pelvic malignancies. For many years PLND was and parcel retropubic prostatectomy prostate cancer, though recent guidelines recommend performing in conjunction with only when the nomogram-predicted risk nodes being involved metastatic cancer greater than 2–2.5 %. This not because there significant potential morbidity to PLND, but also therapeutic benefit dissections such cases quite limited. A standard nevertheless recommended all intermediate-risk men, extended high-risk men.
