摘要: The purpose of this study is to find critical determinants Malaysian Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) intention continue website as a business innovation. CEO, organizational, technological, and environmental characteristics are considered cohesive significant predictors. Further, it aimed examine the influence existing level web adoption moderator in small medium firm continuance intention. A total number 108 SMEs participated research. was found be depended on CEO's innovativeness, IT attitude, relative advantage, cost SMEs. Surprisingly, CEO knowledge, firm's size, employee IS compatibility, security, external pressure support do not play any role adoption. In addition, effect revealed have an insignificant study. Understanding influential factors websites would help government devise appropriate policies programmes promoting information technology (IT) acceptance extension among Likewise owner or solution provider can gain considerable value from better insight into key businesses retention
