摘要: We report on a case of patient with lung adenocarcinoma and peripheral intrapulmonary lymph node (IPLN) metastasis who was misdiagnosed as having metastasis. A subpleural nodular shadow visualized by radiography diagnosed an originating from primary cancer. Preoperative evaluation indicated that this clinical T4N1 in the same lobe. However, postoperative showed it IPLN metastasis, actually pathologic T2N1 adenocarcinoma. It may have been possible to treat non-surgically possibility radical cure. This suggests nodule is present lobe cancer, must be borne mind
