摘要: Abstract Clock rolling, which rotates a sample 135° with respect to the previous rolling direction, was used study effect of strain path change on deformation and recrystallization microstructure texture in high purity tantalum plates present work. High were unidirectional clock rolled 87% reduction then annealed at various temperatures. The surface layer characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), light microscopy (LM), electron backscatter diffracting (EBSD) channeling contrast imaging (ECCI). hardness values measured Vickers testing. results show that unidirectional- clock-rolled materials exhibit different textures. plate recrystallized more quickly than plate. After annealing 1200 °C, pronounced γ-fiber while strong cube mixed less found. had smaller grain size variation plays an important role kinetics plates.
