摘要: While mammary Paget's disease (MPD) is clearly linked to breast cancer, the histogenesis of extramammary (EMPD) controversial. Recently NY-BR-1, a differentiation antigen expressed in and skin adnexal structures was identified. Its protein expression restricted normal neoplastic epithelium tumors skin. In this study, we examine NY-BR-1 by immunohistochemistry 24 MPD cases with synchronous ductal carcinoma situ or invasive cancer. Results were compared 26 EMPD men (n= 4) women 22) as well apoeccrine glands axilla mammary-like anogenital region. We found positivity 18 (75%) 21 (80.8%). All region NY-BR-1-positive. common finding EMPD. When considering diagnosis disease, useful diagnostic marker. Furthermore suggests potential histogenetic link between these disease.
