摘要: A field experiment was conducted in medium black, clayey soil under irrigated conditions to assess the response of stevia irrigation schedules and planting geometry. Highest dry leaf yield of (cumulative five cuttings) was obtained with scheduled at 1.2 IW/CPE (10.54 t ha-1) which on par 1.0 (10.32 t significantly lower 0.8 (9.36 ha-1). Planting geometry 30 cm x 20 recorded highest cumulative total (11.12 comparable yield obtained (10.89 Significantly 45 (8.73 Interaction effects leaf yield were not significant. Consumptive use water (2373.2 mm) closely followed by (1903.8 mm). The study revealed that schedule i.e., irrigation at 60 mm pan evaporation (CPE) (1,11,111 plants found optimum for higher efficiency. Based average daily interval 9-10 days during kharif, 5-6 summer 7-8 rabi season can be recommended similar soil agro climatic conditions.
