摘要: Six structures for the Si45 cluster are compared using a tight‐binding model. Two new proposed which appear to be low‐energy isomers and explain much of existing experimental data. Cluster reactivity is distinguished from stability, several reasons discussed may lead reactive or unreactive species. These criteria applied isomers, results also correlated with
