摘要: When using a fluidized bed gasification technology to gasify biomass for the downstream synthesis biofuels or chemicals, biggest challenge is associated with reforming of hydrocarbons into desirable gas components. These unwanted are formed during primary conversion step biomass. They range from ethylene larger aromatic components even methane if it not desired product, and introduce numerous problems operation, but also require additional process steps that significantly influence competitiveness overall process. An efficient way tackle this problem provide catalytic surfaces hydrocarbon directly inside gasifier by material and/or in one several secondary reactors. In work, concept based on principle named Chemical-Looping Reforming (CLR) presented discussed how has potential be implemented both hydrocarbons.
