摘要: The level of circulating insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-I) has been shown to be positively associated with breast cancer risk. expression patterns the IGF-I and its receptor IGFIR genes in tissues their association survival remain unclear. In present study, we quantified mRNA levels both benign malignant tumor adjacent normal tissues. We then evaluated whether these are related survival. Included study were samples from 508 patients diagnosed primary cancer, 206 disease (BBD). Patients BBD had a significantly higher gene than non-neoplastic Among patients, similar between however, substantially high tended have more favorable overall disease-free Our findings suggest that may undergo substantial change over course tumorigenesis, pattern changes prognosis.
