摘要: Photoelectron emission and inverse photoemission spectroscopy studies of polymer blends poly(vinylidene fluoride (70%) – trifluoroethylene (30%)) P(VDF–TrFE 70 : 30) regio-regular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) provide evidence changes in the molecular band offsets as a result ferroelectric polarization P(VDF–TrFE). Investigation with higher concentrations semiconducting P3HT component revealed that organic semiconductor blend dominates electronic structure vicinity chemical potential. Specifically, states at conduction minimum valence maximum fall within HOMO–LUMO gap dielectric P(VDF–TrFE) but does not exhibit change offset respect to Fermi level or bending reversal, unlike
