摘要: Transitions between Na Rydberg levels induced by microwave radiation in the millimetre range have been observed field-ionization detection. These transitions, whose frequencies yield quantum defects of levels, appear sensitive to very weak electric field perturbations as expected. Observations field-induced forbidden transitions and Stark shifts fields down 50 mV cm-1 are reported.
