摘要: Abstract An experimental and theoretical study of two combined temperature swing adsorption (TSA) systems for the recovery anhydrous ethanol from wet air using activated carbon Sorbonorit 4 (ACS4) zeolite molecular sieve 3A (ZMS3A) are developed. Adsorption isotherms water vapors on ACS4 ZMS3A in range 20–140 °C liquid at temperatures 20–60 °C were measured. The data analyzed multi-temperature Toth, Sips, hybrid Langmuir-Sips, inhomogeneous DA excess surface work models. results demonstrate selective with higher capacity (28.02 mol/kg) than gas phase (10.67 mol/kg), (7.21 mol/kg) vapor up to relative pressure 0.6. influence inlet concentration (2.8–8.4 g/m 3 ethanol) (45–141 kg/m water–ethanol mixture) dynamic was studied fixed-bed columns ZMS3A. characteristic parameters breakthrough curves maximum rise column determined. Thomas model successfully employed predict both phase. energy requirement electrothermal desorption bed (151–235 kJ/mol) lower hot purge regeneration (423 kJ/mol). These values several times larger isosteric heat (13–71 kJ/mol) which represents minimum desorption.
