摘要: Tissue engineering has tremendous potential to revolutionize regenerative medicine. Research activities related tissue have expanded from the repair, replacement and regeneration of bone [1], blood vessels [2, 3] organs such as kidneys heart [2–4] delicate nervous system. Initial research efforts mainly focused on providing threedimensional (3D) scaffolds facilitate growth nerve cells in vitro. The ultimate goal is generate desirable cell types create niches support endogenous and/or transplanted by recapitulating an in-vivo-like environment.
