Nuclear-armed submarines in Indo-Pacific Asia: stabiliser or menace?

摘要: This report examines the implications of sea-based nuclear weapons for strategic stability in Indo-Pacific. paper is part a wider research and outreach project on changing Indo-Pacific Asia, supported by grant from John D.
